A perfect way to start off the New Year! In this broadcast, Kate & Janice demonstrate how to string your own Mala. This strand of 108 beads are traditionally used during prayer or meditation and can also be a reminder of our intentions. They will discuss how to design your own strand, choosing thread, knotting, adding a Guru Bead and making a wire-wrapped tassel component for the center.
